About This Event

This workshop explores the constitutionally protected principle of free speech in the context of clinical practice and professional speech. Mental health professionals will learn how recent court decisions about free speech may align or conflict with their professional obligations in relation to providing ethical, evidence-based, client-centered, and responsible care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
