About This Event
This 1.5‑day, in‑person ProSight Roundtable is designed for experienced practitioners and leaders responsible for advancing and embedding resilience capabilities within complex organizations. The discussion will move beyond foundational concepts to address practical execution challenges, trade‑offs, and emerging practices as firms seek to operationalize resilience in increasingly interconnected and technology‑dependent environments. Participants will engage in peer‑level dialogue on how firms are: Operationalizing impact tolerances and using them to drive prioritization, remediation, and investment decisions Managing systemic dependencies, including technology platforms, data, cloud services, and critical third parties Integrating BCP, DR, and Operational Resilience across lines of defense and adjacent risk disciplines Elevating resilience insights to senior management and Board visibility, including how progress, gaps, and journey maturity are communicated Demonstrating credible, outcome‑based resilience amid heightened regulatory scrutiny and evolving expectations. Collaborative Focus with Third‑Party Risk Management Half of the first day will be conducted jointly with Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) leaders, creating a dedicated forum to strengthen collaboration at one of the most critical intersections of operational resilience. This portion of the roundtable will focus on aligning practices, reducing duplication of effort, and improving efficiency and effectiveness across teams. Joint discussions will explore how firms are identifying and managing critical vendors, assessing systemic concentration risk, and developing credible contingency plans for vendor disruptions and ecosystem‑wide failures.
