About This Event
Hosted by the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics and coordinated by Anastasia Borschevsky, Tijs Karman, and Hossein Sadeghpour, this conference gathers experimentalists and theoreticians advancing the recently blossoming field of ultracold molecules. Topics include Bose-Einstein condensation and degenerate Fermi gases of dipolar molecules, unprecedented quantum control over state-to-state chemical reactions, molecular qubits based on polar molecules in optical tweezers for scalable quantum computers, solid-state inspired spin models with ultracold polar molecules in optical lattices, and laser-coolable radioactive and polyatomic molecules for testing Standard Model predictions. The conference reaches beyond the traditional AMO community to broaden perspectives on quantum many-body physics and emerging molecular quantum technologies, and includes a poster session.
