About This Event
The 4th Annual Quantum Computer Cybersecurity Symposium is co-organized by Prof. Jakub Szefer of Northwestern’s Electrical and Computer Engineering department and the Institute for Quantum Information Research and Engineering (INQUIRE). The symposium opens with a pre-QCCS training day at the Cohen Commons, followed by a two-day main program at the Guild Lounge covering quantum computer security topics such as processor security, hardware security, and post-quantum cryptographic hardware. Remote participation is available via Zoom for those unable to attend in person. It comes right after Midwest Quantum Week, held October 30 to November 7 in the Chicago area. Its sister event, Northwestern Quantum Week, takes place April 12 to 16, 2027.
