We’re coming to a neighborhood near you! We’ve partnered with local organizations to provide face-to-face assistance events in the community, where customers can ask questions about bills and receive in-person customer service from DTE team members. While customer bills cannot be paid at these events, you can receive guidance on how to seek payment assistance and additional support.
