Join us for a Wellness Walk & Talk featuring light movement, conversation and a refreshing midday break away from our desks. We’ll explore the area and enjoy time connecting with colleagues. We will meet at the Library Fountain on Thursday, December 8, from 12 to 1 pm. Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and attire. Sign‑up is encouraged for those who would like to receive an incentive item for attending. Walk‑ups are welcome, and anyone is free to join along the way, but only registered participants are guaranteed a complimentary item.
