About This Event
Taking place at the Hyatt Regency Reston, the Observe, Orient, Decide, Act Conference (OODAcon) is a highly curated forum bringing together senior Federal decision-makers and industry leaders to discuss the technologies, threats and priorities shaping the year ahead. Capped at approximately 300 participants, the event is built around meaningful conversation rather than scale, with this year’s theme, “Escape Velocity,” explores AI, cybersecurity, autonomous systems, sovereign infrastructure and national security. New this year, ChinaCon will run as Day 2 of OODACon, connecting experts across intelligence, policy, cybersecurity and academia to examine evolving threats, from cyber warfare and economic statecraft to supply chain security and influence operations, under Chatham House Rules to encourage open discussion. _Carahsoft is proud to support OODACon and ChinaCon 2026 by hosting the pre-event reception at our Conference & Collaboration Center the evening prior and by helping drive sponsorship for the event, connecting Government and industry leaders ahead of these critical conversations.
