About This Event

Creativity is more than making art, it is how we solve problems, build relationships, express ourselves, and shape the lives we want to live. Yet many people become disconnected from their own creativity and intuition as they navigate the demands of everyday life. This workshop blends mindfulness, relaxation, and creativity to help young children reconnect with their imaginative selves.
