About This Event
The Department of Historic Properties and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute will host “In the Footsteps of Freedom,” a series of day trips to landmarks across the Upstate that played a significant role in the American Revolution. The fourth and final trip will be to the Ninety Six National Historic Site, home of Star Fort and a prominent strategic location in the Revolutionary War. The first land battle south of New England was fought here in 1775.
