Step into your first nursing role with confidence! You’ll learn what to expect during your transition from student to RN and walk away with clear strategies to make the most of your residency experience, build confidence, and start strong in your career. Whether you’re feeling excited, uncertain, or a mix of both, this session will help you feel more prepared for what’s ahead. This session is designed for lower and upper-division nursing students.
