About This Event
There is no shortage of frameworks, methodologies, tools, and practices designed to help organizations improve how they work, solve problems, and deliver value. Yet, despite all these approaches, organizations continue to struggle with challenges that seem to persist regardless of how much effort is invested in solving them. Why? Could it be that we're sometimes attempting to solve problems we haven't fully understood? Or that we're solving individual problems without recognizing how they are interconnected? And perhaps more importantly, how do we know we're solving the problems that will actually move us closer to our overarching goals? In this session, we'll explore a foundational principle of The SP&PS™ (Strategic Planning & Problem Solving) System: Clarity Governs the System. Together, we'll challenge some familiar assumptions and explore: * Why identifying a problem isn't necessarily the same as understanding it. * The relationship between strategic planning, interrelated problems, and overarching goals. * Why clarity must govern more than just the beginning of an initiative. * What these principles mean for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Managers, and transformation leaders. We'll also introduce The SP&PS™ System, a system developed to approach strategic planning and problem solving as interconnected disciplines. This isn't another Agile framework or a discussion about adopting the latest methodology. It's an opportunity to rethink how we navigate from what is to what should be. Come prepared to question assumptions, share experiences, and engage in a conversation that may challenge how you think about strategic planning and problem solving.
