About This Event
Your style tells a story before you say a word. In this interactive workshop, we'll explore how fashion can be a powerful form of self-expression and a reflection of who you are. Whether you're figuring out your signature look, building a wardrobe on a budget or getting ready for internships, interviews and everyday campus life, you'll discover how to dress in a way that feels authentic, confident and completely you. You'll leave with practical tips, fresh inspiration and a new perspective on using your personal style to make a lasting impression — without pretending to be anyone else. This event will include thrifted clothing items and a clothing swap. Light refreshments and snacks will be served. If you have any questions, contact Andaiye Qaasim, assistant director of the African American Cultural Center, at aaqaasim@ncsu.edu.
