About This Event
SPIE Quantum Catalyst is an annual industry-focused conference organized by SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, that brings together people from across the quantum ecosystem to discuss how quantum technologies move from the lab to the market. Topics include commercialization paths, market opportunities, the challenges of scaling and deploying quantum technologies, supply chains, and collaboration across the ecosystem. It is aimed at quantum hardware makers, photonics and laser developers, software and algorithm companies, quantum communication and cryptography firms, and research laboratories. The 2026 edition follows the inaugural event held in Boulder in November 2025, which mixed presentations, panel discussions, and networking time and was supported by the University of Colorado Boulder’s CUbit Quantum Initiative, the Colorado Photonics Industry Association, and Elevate Quantum.
