**Call Recording** We invite you to take advantage of learning more about the Dubber Call Recording application by joining an interactive session with one of our trainers. **Who should attend****:** Anyone who is an Admin or assigned User who uses Call Recording to record calls placed and received, or anyone interested in learning more about this product. **What will be covered****:** This training will cover managing and using your Dubber Call Recording. This will include sign in to the Dubber account, Managing recording, adding users and or admins, accessing, searching, filtering, downloading/deleting call recordings, tagging call recordings, choosing the appropriate External identifier (found in Control Hub), and selecting dub.points
