About This Event

Come experience an ancient Roman banquet-inspired dinner with Cornell Dining. This Roman-themed experience is presented by Rose House Dining Room and Flora Rose House in collaboration with Classics 1615, Introduction to Ancient Rome. Menu highlights include Roast Pork with mustard, figs, and rosemary; Vegan Ptisana Grain Bowl with beans, barley, and brussels sprouts; wheatberry with herbs and garlic (Vegan); rustic bread with olive oil, honey, grapes, spreads, and olives; ricotta donuts with honey glaze; and more!
