About This Event

Our Spiritual Wellness program hosts recurring services where you can explore spiritual topics in a non-sectarian setting aka not based in any specific religious traditions. Join us as we discuss topics like compassion, deep kindness, peace, ecology, and more! Service will include a presentation on the week's topic, group discussion, and time for quiet meditation. Each service will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Fort Douglas Post Chapel. Activities will vary with each topic, depending on the group's needs.
