About This Event

"Inclusion" can feel like a daunting topic for professionals at any stage of their career. Whether you're an emerging leader supervising a team for the first time, or a seasoned manager wondering, "Hold on - Have I been going about this the wrong way?", this interactive, hour-long workshop will show how active listening can help to foster inclusive team-building. Led by NYU-trained, ICF-certified career coaches, the session provides a safe space to practice different strategies you can deploy across any industry. New York University and the Wasserman Center for Career Development provide reasonable accommodations to people with disabilities. Requests for accommodations for Wasserman Center events and services should be submitted at least two weeks before the date of the accommodation need. Please email career.development@nyu.edu or call 212.998.4730 for assistance. These events are free and open to all NYU students, inclusive of all racial and ethnic backgrounds and inclusive of those of any gender identities/expressions or sexual orientations. This event time is in ET (Eastern Time).
