About This Event

Learn to taste wine and choose pairings like an expert cheesemonger! Come join your fellow New Jersey NYU alumni for a wine & cheese tasting in Essex County. Enjoy some delicious appetizers before going on a tasting journey featuring the best selections of Vini e Formaggi from Italy. Not only will you discover how to pair each selection expertly, but you’ll also hear the rich stories behind these iconic products. Whether you prefer bold reds, crisp whites, or sparkling prosecco, paired with creamy, aged, or bold cheeses, this class has something for every palate.
