About This Event

Join UCSD Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Outback Adventures on a series of recreational activities and mental health discussions to improve your well-being! Activities include "Flow and Float: paddleboard yoga", a "microadventure nature hike," and a “Leap of Faith,” covering topics from flow, gratitude, goal setting, creativity, and gaining a sense of “awe.”
