Registration September 3, 12am - November 2, 4pm\n\nLose yourself in the peaceful silence of the ocean, explore vibrant underwater sights, and make lasting memories with new dive buddies! This course provides everything you need to earn your internationally recognized Open Water Certification. Your certification journey includes:\n• Pre-class e-learning course + dive logbook app\n• Classroom review sessions\n• Pool sessions\n• 3 boat dives at Catalina Island\n• 1 beach dive\n• All SCUBA gear provided\nTransportation is not included, but carpooling is encouraged. To register, you must be able to attend all sessions. A 200m swim test and a 10-minute tread/float will be given during the class.\nCourse cost is $615 for UCR students and $700 for non-students. 6 spots available.\nE-learning codes will be sent after signup and the online course must be completed before the first meeting day.\nRegistration ends the Monday before the course.
