About This Event
This is an invitation-only meeting for the heads of commercial real estate (CRE) lending, credit and capital markets for banks over $50 billion in assets and those member institutions that engage in large commercial real estate deals syndicated across several banking institutions. The spirit of this program is for each member institution to send all three members of the loan team designated above to discuss current issues involving market/competition, credit risk, and the capital markets process. Several topics to be discussed are various property types, regulation, underwriting standards, non-bank competition, REITS, debt funds and talent. It is important to note agenda topics are collected from participants during the registration process, so these topics can change based on what the attendees want to discuss.
