About This Event
Optical network design is constantly evolving with the need for optical connection density steadily growing. Existing simplex and duplex optical connector designs limit required density increases when duplex granularity is needed for individual access. A new Very Small Form Factor (VSFF) connector, the MDC connector, is paving the way for higher density duplex connectivity and opening boundaries for new optical cabling architectures.
