This workshop provides comprehensive instruction on aircraft performance analysis using the Boeing Performance Engineers Tool (PET). Participants will learn about the parameters for different performance options and apply PET to daily operations. The workshop covers PET’s major calculation modules — including takeoff, enroute, and landing — demonstrates how to use PET for engineering analysis, including interpreting PET output data and studying the effect of different input parameters or options on performance outputs. Through guided exercises, participants will gain hands on experience with PET’s interface, data inputs, table output and graph output, and know the best practices for effectively using the tool to support daily operational safety and efficiency.
