About This Event

The Housing Design Catalogue is a free, comprehensive resource featuring professionally developed designs for low-rise housing including accessory dwelling units (laneway homes), rowhouses, townhouses, fourplexes and sixplexes. Designs reflect regional building codes, planning rules and climate conditions across Canada. Gain insights into how the catalogue works, what’s included in the design packages, and how these resources can support more efficient project planning, design and construction processes. The session will also cover topics like the benefits of using a pre-reviewed design and opportunities to repeat designs across municipal boundaries, with a 15-minute Q&A section.
