About This Event
InsuranceERM's second annual North American Global Life Reinsurance conference will be held in New York on 5 November 2026. Our US conference will draw together the major participants in the market from North America and reinsurance hubs such as Bermuda and Cayman Islands. The US asset-intensive reinsurance market is booming. By the end of 2024, US insurers had ceded $2.5trn of reserves, half of which has gone offshore. In 2025, the volumes rose further with some mega-deals, notably Corebridge Financial's $51bn variable annuities transaction, and the market is showing few signs of slowing down in 2026.
